My mom is a lemon cake specialist! What kind of cake are you thinking of making? Two layer? Simple?
Mom makes it in a single layer similar to a bundt or angel food pan and then sprinkles powdered sugar on it. Or if she's in a mood, will frost it with whipped cream frosting. I will try to get her secret recipe for you if you like!
I'll get the graham cracker crust out now.... I think I did put regular pie crust but that won't do for cheesecakes! Or chocolate pudding pie, or , or, or.....
