This is a nice cookie based pie crust similar to a graham cracker crust.

Cookie Pie Crust

This makes one 9 inch crust.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs. You may use vanilla, chocolate or ginger cookies!
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes
